I have used biscuiteers before and always been very happy, but this recent order arrived in pieces. Only one of the biscuits had stuck to the packaging (as planned), the rest had bounced around and shattered. My 80 year old Uncle opened a box of pieces in front of his guests. really disappointed. And embarrassed.
