I made an order and didn’t get a confirmation message. I assumed the order wasn’t processed. So next day I made the order again only to find money has been taken twice. I phoned to cancel the first order ( that I didn’t get the email confirmation for) was told this was cancelled and I would get a refund.
Both ordered got delivered ( same gift x 2) no refund or explanation. Love this company, but I do think the customer care needs to be looked at. Didn’t have the energy to phone again and complain and just took the small financial hit.
