The biscuits are super but the last order I placed didn’t arrive for ages. Issue was I was sending to a busy working professional Although advertised as “letterbox delivery” it was sent requiring a signature... and they work long hours and so it ended up as a hassle to have collect from sorting office days later...
the letterbox size didn’t use to need a signature. Shame this is the case now as ruins the ease for many people.
