Bought for a friend who was recovering from an operation. Postman didn’t post it through letterbox & my friend was instructed to collect it from the post office. Not great when she’s not allowed to drive. I feel the packaging needs adapting to make sure the postie knows to put it through the letterbox & not treat it as a parcel. She did say it was lovely when she eventually got it though!
