I ordered the biscuits late evening. When I got the confirmation email I realised that the message on the central biscuit was truncated. This was not apparent when I wrote the message in the box provided when ordering. Unfortunately Dave became Da which looked really silly. I phoned and emailed the company straight away. I recieved a reply by email at just gone 09.00 the next day to say that the mistake could not be rectified as the biscuits were packaged ready to be sent. I had to text the person the biscuits were going to and apologise for the mistake which ruined the surprise. The biscuits are expensive and I found the service poor.
