Although the item I had preordered was out of stock, a Biscuiteers staff member (Paris) emailed me before the delivery date and offered me an extra two Jolly Gingers to make up for it. They were very professional and friendly and the delivery was prompt. Hasn’t put me off using Biscuiteers in the future. We love your biscuits! Have a fantastic 2020!
