I sent one of the jolly gingers as a gift to a family member. They thought the packaging and the design were lovely but they said that the gingerbread didn’t have any taste of ginger at all. As I’d bought this specifically because they like gingerbread this was quite disheartening. It may just have been a bad batch which I understand although I wouldn’t buy this again as a gift for someone. Sorry.
