The biscuits are amazing always but I have been buying biscuits from you for a long time and was pretty appalled when I went to a shop last week to be told I had to pay £1.50 for a bag to put this biscuits in otherwise they would go in a small paper bag. This is a luxury product for the sector you’re in and it’s just not the right experience to ask someone to pay for a bag. It’s bad enough you charge for a ribbon where many other stores do it for free but a bag is not okay. Not the right time in a commercial setting to be annoying long term and loyal customers.
