Originally ordered on the 1st of the month as a get well gift. Was charged £28 for “premium international delivery” and was told delivery would be the 5th. Chased up on the 10th and was told delivery would be the 11th. This didn’t happen. It’s now the 13th and I still have no idea when this now completely pointless gift will arrive if ever. Won’t be using this company again. I can’t answer the rest of the questions as the item still hasn’t arrived, customer service have basically said they don’t do refunds regardless of how long the biscuits take to arrive.
