Not the best experience unfortunately... Biscuits for my friend’s birthday arrived 3 days after the date, despite delivery being scheduled way in advance and despite multiple emails to follow up. Since the biscuits were sent out late by you, would have expected you to at least upgrade my delivery to courier instead of using Royal Mail.
