Fabulous product, exquisite branding and packaging and lovely tone of voice. Let down slightly by website not the easiest to use on iPhone. Desktop is fine though.
Also disappointed my emailed “mystery prize” of £5 off expired on the day it arrived as just gone to use it on a £35 box and it won’t work. I think you’re setting yourselves up for a fall by not making it very clear on the email that it’s only for that day. I’ve decided not to make the purchase now which I think will be a common response.
