Biscuits and packaging were fine, but package did not arrive in time for birthday. Recipient had to go to Post Office 4 days later to pick up. Delivery I know is not totally under Biscuiteer's control. I did ask where the package was but was told it was in the hands of the Post Office and could take 72 hours to get an answer. I asked again about 48 hours later and got a rather short message back saying I'd been told it would be 72 hours. Today is a week later and I still haven't heard from Biscuiteers regarding the delivery.
