I ordered a personalised biscuit for my friend’s birthday. I made a mistake with my order as I ordered it to the wrong branch. However, Biscuiteers handled this with the utmost care. They made the biscuit on site and had it ready for us before we left. I appreciated it so much. You can tell the staff here really care. The atmosphere in the cafe is very welcoming and a lovely place to relax when having a coffee and some cake. Will be back to visit again!
