Lack of transparency on product availability
$2,174.90 order placed June 4th with no indication of pre-order status. After inquiry, told product was pre-order and would ship "in coming week" (June 11th). Three weeks later, no updates despite paying for express shipping.
Poor communication for such a significant purchase. Would not recommend until they improve transparency.
