I was consistently misinformed, given false promises, and treated unprofessionally by two phone service agents. I never received proper guidance on the process, only pressure to act quickly without clarity. Important information was given in fragments over days, and my withdrawals were not processed despite requests. I still don’t feel properly supported or informed. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and assigns advisors who offer honest and helpful communication.
