I ordered 3 items to be delivered on the 13th. 1/3 arrived on the 2nd and was very poor quality although I paid extra for my items to be looked over. When the rest of my delivery didn't arrive on the 13th I chased the company multiple times who finally advised me the items had been delayed. I responded and said I would like to cancel the rest of the order as it is now too late to which they said my item would be dispatched soon. I then emailed almost every day saying I no longer want these items and they kept responding saying my item was being dispatched and completely disregarding my comments in regards to a refund.
The rest of the items have now arrived 2 weeks after my paid for due date, I have no need for these items and they too are poor quality.
I'll look forward to my copy and pasted response to match all the other 1 star reviews.
I will not stop until I get my refund.
