“Bizay is a scam company. Their customer service doesn’t work at all — it’s almost impossible to get any real help or response. The editing tools on their platform are broken and unreliable, which makes it very difficult to manage or correct your orders.
Worst of all, they do not issue refunds, even when there are clear problems with their service or product. It feels like once they take your money, they simply ignore you.
I strongly recommend avoiding Bizay and choosing a more trustworthy company instead.”
“I requested to print 3 catalogs but received only 2. There is no opportunity to see the final uploaded design for the catalog therefore it was an option to upload a pdf with the slides. Although they charge for the design services every single order. Maybe it was the first ever request they got for the catalog printing but they printed with dates, page numbers etc even on the cover page. If you an experience company would you not realize that for the catalog only slides needs to be printed? not the entire pdf page? if any questions why not sending an email to consult about the submitted design? how many catalogs you see requested to be printed with aside notes? To contact customer support is mission impossible as emails do not work and website AI chat does not help”

“I made an order for 1000 cards from this company, which didn't arrive within the shipping time. I was able to get in touch with their customer service on the website, and according to them the package was apparently lost in shipping. however, they offered to reprint and reship for free, I was skeptical at first, but the order eventually arrived in about 3 weeks and the quality was quite good, much better than expected, I am actually quite impressed.

“Please don’t make the mistake of trusting this company with your money. They will happily send you the incorrect item and then refuse to do anything about it. In my case I ordered 500 Christmas Cards and they sent me postcards instead, which are useless to me. Honestly they have the rudest and worst customer service I have ever experienced and I hope that no one else has to ever deal with experiencing what I went through.”
