“The prices are very cheap, but the shipping time is huge. Messages take days to respond and care, which despite having a website in different countries, is a company in Portugal, so if you are looking for a fast product, it is not the right company. They took 3 weeks to place a small order and they did not meet the delivery deadlines.”

“Confirmed my order, then weeks later they cancel it and say the product no longer exists. Instead of refunding me, they tell me I'll be given *credit* on their website instead.
I ask for a refund instead, and they treat me like this is very unheard of:

“Lost half my shippment, said they would send me the lost half and then changed their mind and sent me a store credit that didn't cover the shipping costs! They take 24-48 hours to respond, causing massive delays for my business. If you want customer service, do not go with this company.”

Costumer service wrote to me that I did not pick up from collection point, but I have not received any information that it is ready for collection.
