False advertising. Go to checkout and you need to double the price if you want it within a decent time frame. Horrid marketing. Unethical. I didn't buy based on how dishonest they are from the start.

Confirmed my order, then weeks later they cancel it and say the product no longer exists. Instead of refunding me, they tell me I'll be given *credit* on their website instead. I ask for a refund instead, and they treat me like this is very unheard of: "Please note that this is not the type of service we usually offer to our customers, so as an alternative to your refund request we would like to present the following proposals."

Lots of hidden costs. Very unfair marketting. After all their added bs costs ended up spending twice their advertised amount.

Rectangular stickers have no margins so you can't peel them off unless you want to spend hours on a very frustrating job. Why haven't they thought of this? Obviously never tried using their own product. Go elsewhere.

I placed an order with express delivery, expecting to receive my item within a few business days. Nearly a month later, I still haven’t received anything. What I have received are empty promises, delays, and a blatant disregard for customer service. Despite sending multiple emails requesting updates, I was continuously met with vague excuses and misleading responses. When it became clear that the product wasn’t arriving, I formally requested a refund - a perfectly reasonable request given that I paid for a service that was never delivered. Not only did they ignore my refund requests, but they had the audacity to claim my product was “now ready” and “with the courier soon,” even though their own order tracking page still shows the item is stuck in production. Let me be clear: I did not ask for more delays or excuses. I asked for a refund. Withholding money for a product that was not delivered - especially after charging for express shipping - is not just unethical, it’s likely illegal. Avoid this company at all costs.

Lost half my shippment, said they would send me the lost half and then changed their mind and sent me a store credit that didn't cover the shipping costs! They take 24-48 hours to respond, causing massive delays for my business. If you want customer service, do not go with this company.

Would NOT recommend. Ordered business cards, order 2 weeks late, the tracking goes round in circles. After complaint email, they finally arrived. Horrendous. Cheap and nasty, not regular business card size, and thin card. Print quality not great and they look awful. Total waste of our Charity's money. Steer clear of this company.

27.11.2024 I placed an order at bizay. It has not reached me to this day. Costumer service wrote to me that I did not pick up from collection point, but I have not received any information that it is ready for collection. They wrote again that the order was returned to the manufacturer, if they want they can re-make it and send it. Why do something again if it supposedly came back??? Bizay is a failure, I ask for a refund, but they keep ignoring me and making fun of customers. I do not recommend bizay uk to anyone

Do not order !!! My order arrived with missing items I provided them all the photos they wanted and at the end their reply was that they don't see a problem at their systems therefore they are not going to refund me or send the missing items...... Also arrived late then the date choosen when placing the order

The order still has not arrived two weeks after the scheduled date. The courier's website provides false and misleading information, and customer service has been of no help. I have no idea when my order will arrive.

Poor quality. Ordered hang tags. They charged for punching the holes. I wish I had done it myself. The holes were punched randomly. Stay well clear UK buyers! the company is based in Portugal

The product was not of very high quality, and when I received the product it was damaged and unusable. When I advised them of this they asked for photos of the mailing label and wanted me to go through a lot of hoops just to get a discount on the next future purchase. They also made excuses for delivery, when all they had to do was package it better and take a little more time and attention in securing the items. I have received the same product from Office Max via the mail and it was packaged properly without any problems. Bizay is the cheapest printing I've found, however I learned you get what you pay for. I will not be doing future business with them.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with BIZAY. As a Neurodivergent-led not-for-profit organisation, our needs are very specific and timely. I placed an order for rush production on 19 July 2024, with a guaranteed delivery date of 23 July 2024, paying a significant amount extra to ensure timely delivery for an important event. Unfortunately, the entire process was a nightmare. Despite the urgency and the extra cost, my order has still not been delivered or even produced. I received no communication or updates from BIZAY regarding any potential delays or issues with my order. I was left in the dark, constantly checking for updates that never came. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable and particularly distressing for me as an autistic individual. When I reached out to customer service, I was met with unhelpful responses and a complete lack of accountability. They failed to provide any answers or solutions. Instead of offering a proper refund, they only issued a customer credit for the delivery and processing fees, which is utterly useless since I have no intention of using their services again. A refund to my payment method was not even offered. Due to the complete lack of service and communication, we are now looking to take matters further as we still have no order or any information about it. I had to scramble to find another supplier at the last minute, incurring significantly higher costs and stress. The poor customer service, lack of answers, and failure to communicate critical information have left me deeply dissatisfied. BIZAY's inability to meet their own deadlines and their disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially those who rely on timely and reliable service. Avoid BIZAY at all costs if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

I didn’t order from them, but I’m frustrated with their website. In the footer section, they show that you can pay with PayPal, but when you proceed to the payment section, PayPal is not an option. Additionally, they are full of 5-star reviews on Trustpilot, but it seems they are buying these reviews. Most of the reviewers have only 1 or 2 posts, which suggests that they might be creating new email accounts just to give 5-star ratings to scam companies.

JUST DONT buy anything form these cheaters.... I should have had my order for 3 weeks already, and its showing still not even sent. They claim it was not possible to deliver - the delivery site which they offered ot use on their own web - its 24/7 accessible self-service post box...Going to raise Paypal case and will never ever use that shop again...
