Avoid if you value reliable service. I paid for express shipping based on the advertised delivery date, but the order arrived late. Customer service then took weeks to deal with my complaint, often ignoring my concerns or providing irrelevant and contradictory responses. Worse still, after using less than 20% of a 5,000-sticker roll, I discovered repeated production faults, with long sections of completely blank stickers, making much of the order unusable. Although Bizay acknowledged the defects were caused during production, they failed to provide a proper resolution. Extremely disappointing experience and poor after-sales support.”
“I ordered some business cards and paid excessive postage price for them to be delivered quickly. Only for them to give me a delivery date a week later than what I paid for. Then there was poor communication and no apology or offer of refund. This is basic fraud as they had no intention of delivering the cards in the quick time they had charged me for. Please do not use this company unless you are ok with poor service and delays in postage.”
“Bizay is a scam company. Their customer service doesn’t work at all — it’s almost impossible to get any real help or response. The editing tools on their platform are broken and unreliable, which makes it very difficult to manage or correct your orders.
Worst of all, they do not issue refunds, even when there are clear problems with their service or product. It feels like once they take your money, they simply ignore you.
I strongly recommend avoiding Bizay and choosing a more trustworthy company instead.”
“I requested to print 3 catalogs but received only 2. There is no opportunity to see the final uploaded design for the catalog therefore it was an option to upload a pdf with the slides. Although they charge for the design services every single order. Maybe it was the first ever request they got for the catalog printing but they printed with dates, page numbers etc even on the cover page. If you an experience company would you not realize that for the catalog only slides needs to be printed? not the entire pdf page? if any questions why not sending an email to consult about the submitted design? how many catalogs you see requested to be printed with aside notes? To contact customer support is mission impossible as emails do not work and website AI chat does not help”

“I had an Order of 500 Gym Business Cards which I sent a Picture of how they were to be, exactly the same. The spelling says "THE BOULEVARD" The 500 Cards came back with the Spelling saying " THE BOULEBARD" Totally wrong & still waiting on a reply from Bizay.”
