I placed an order with express delivery, expecting to receive my item within a few business days. Nearly a month later, I still haven’t received anything. What I have received are empty promises, delays, and a blatant disregard for customer service. Despite sending multiple emails requesting updates, I was continuously met with vague excuses and misleading responses. When it became clear that the product wasn’t arriving, I formally requested a refund - a perfectly reasonable request given that I paid for a service that was never delivered. Not only did they ignore my refund requests, but they had the audacity to claim my product was “now ready” and “with the courier soon,” even though their own order tracking page still shows the item is stuck in production. Let me be clear: I did not ask for more delays or excuses. I asked for a refund. Withholding money for a product that was not delivered - especially after charging for express shipping - is not just unethical, it’s likely illegal. Avoid this company at all costs.
