Confirmed my order, then weeks later they cancel it and say the product no longer exists. Instead of refunding me, they tell me I'll be given *credit* on their website instead.
I ask for a refund instead, and they treat me like this is very unheard of:
"Please note that this is not the type of service we usually offer to our customers, so as an alternative to your refund request we would like to present the following proposals."
