Placed an order, order did not arrived, contacted the support, received a reply two days later, order received two week slater!!! Swing tags were totally unusable, colors faded, all cards with different sizes, awful print quality and to top it all up, the paper stock was used, well it wasn't a card, more like a cheap office printing paper. Asked for a refund, declined. After 7 days of emailing back and forward, Bizay have issued a "buying credit" to my Bizay account rather than an actual money to my bank account!!!! It's been well over a month now, taking to small claims courts as well as reporting to trading standards agencies and money fraud.
