Terrible service. Had to wait weeks for delivery unless I paid a fortune. Postcards arrived looking very dull and dark with colours which did not resemble the colours or quality of the PDF upload. The crisp and clear image actually looked dirty with white objects becoming brown. A huge amount of image sharpness was also lost. They sent a follow-up email asking for feedback so I kindly took time to tell them about my disappointment but at no point did I ask for a refund or make a formal complaint. They then said that they were sorry but the printing met their standards (even though from the photos I sent they could see they looked awful). I did not need their opinion, I had not made a complaint. These defensive and dismissive emails continued, so adding poor customer care on top of the poor print quality meant I felt I had no option to but to leave this review. Do not waste your money on Bizay orders please. Very upset customer here.
