Customised items were not delivered at all following *8 weeks* of confusion (production delays, incorrect shipping notifications etc..) and missed the event they were meant for.
**10 weeks** and many emails later I am strictly only given the choice between 1. Start production again or 2. Receive Bizay credit to my account. Despite rejecting the credit, I was then informed I was given the credit and the matter was considered resolved...
This was in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I had to make claims with my bank to get my money back.
Do not rely on Bizay for timely delivery or reasonable service. Can't comment on product quality because I never received it!
