The worst customer care you could possibly imagine.. Takes them a week to respond to a email.. And that's the only way u can speak to them.. No phone number
..! And when they do respond they don't have a clue.. And just send nonsense and then it takes another week to get a reply.. Do not waste your time with this useless company.. Product quality of the pen and business cards I received was very very poor..!
