I would have given 0 stars if there was an option. I order business brochures and paid extra for the professional services. I received my order which was very poor quality I contacted customer Service they informed me it was a printing error, an they will make correction and mailed out another order free of charged, However I was grateful and amaze with the quick response to correcting the order. Once I receive it I realize the error was still there along with another error the email address was incorrect, I reach out for the second time informing them of the problem, With quick response they assured me all corrections would be corrected and replaced. After receiving the 3rd order, Once again the errors were still there with a new error the website was incorrect. I realize some error may have been on my behalf with how I enter the website information, but this should have been caught and question by simply contacting me. Especially if I paid for professional services. I didn't make contact with them again because it seems useless, So now I have 750 brochures that I can't do anything with. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN WITH BIZAY!!!
