I recently ordered the Atlantis Hot Tub from these guys. Within 3 weeks i had a beautiful Hot Tub up and running. To add to this, they said they were extremely busy and had me booked in for the 6th of July. I told them my birthday was the day before and that if a slot did come up previous to that date, could the fit me in. What can i say... 4 days later, a call to ask if it would be ok on the 1st of July for us. Well happy. The two guys that came to deliver, install and test the spa were amazing young men. Very polite, humourous and smiley. They were very efficient, all the waste was bagged and taken away and the explanation of the operation and maintenance was clear.
