“I had a fantastic service and experience from the very first call with Olli, he was knowledgeable and helpful. I loved that we could interact with their businesss WhatsApp during the call to look at garden access and after our conversation as well whilst I was getting my garden organised. The delivery time was very fast, less than a week, and the guys who delivered Ant and Gary were bleeping marvellous. It wasn’t an easy route into my garden but they were very careful, tag teamed it perfectly and got it done. Thanks guys. I’d highly recommend this company. And the tub is incredible. Top quality, I got the Monaco 2 which I think is the most popular, and it hasn’t lost even half a degree of heat in nearly 24 hours. I don’t know how that’s possible but I’m very happy with the energy saving.”

“Amazing service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for Grant and Justin who delivered, installed and filled the hot tub and went through everything before they left. Phoned the showroom after installation and the service was second to none. Would highly recommend this company. Competitive pricing and an all round great experience! Add”

“From the initial phone call / enquiry to the actual delivery , everything has been spot on . Plenty of help / advice each time we phoned . Grant and Justin delivered with no problems and gave plenty of advice / help . Wouldnt hesitate to recommend .”

“I was given two separate recommendations for Black Diamond Spas and I have not been disappointed. The initial hot tub I ordered was damaged in the warehouse and Jake and the team went over and above to sort the problem out - even going as far as to load two replacement tubs onto the lorry for me to choose between, have provided quick responses to any questions I have had since owning my tub and send out any accessories ordered extremely quickly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“Black diamond spa are excellent! They are so quick to respond to any query and extremely helpful. Terry, who serviced our hot tub, was friendly and super knowledgeable. He gave us lots of great advice about limescale issue. We absolutely love our hot tub and would recommend Black Diamond Spa to anyone looking. Great customer service!”

“I had my Atlantis Spa delivered last Wednesday (4 Sep 24) by Aaron and Wayne and I have to say I am absolutely delighted with it. First thank you to Jake and James at Black Diamond Spas for the help and for answering my many questions and the smooth purchasing and delivery process . Also a special thank you to Aaron and Wayne who delivered and installed my new hot tub, despite having to negotiate my steps and garden gate which they had to remove and refit (it closes much better now, thank you). Also the comprehensive guidance on how to operate the spa. Considering the very reasonable price, and I have searched extensively for a 2 person Spa/Hot Tub and nothing comes anywhere near the Atlantis for price, it is real quality in its construction and operation. Thank you guys, I look forward to using it soon!”

“I bought my Destiny hot tub from Black Diamond Spas just after the first Lockdown in May 2020 from that date they have helped me maintain my spa completing regular services and insulating the tub to make it more efficient to run. I have always found the company to be extremely professional, their prices are clear and competitive, their after sales are easy to buy and help maintain my spa. It’s great to find a local company which delivers a great service at a good price.”
