“Arron and Chris delivered our Georgia hot tub this morning punctual polite and bang on time. We were messaged earlier in the morning to give us an hour window and they were when they said they would be. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went through the operating procedure very thoroughly Can’t give them 6 stars but if I could I would Highly recommend and can’t wait to get in it Thanks once again Wayne and Symonne”

“Must apologise for putting a bad review about Black Diemond. After a few wks of many phone calls ,Jake has arranged for our problem to be delt with by a nice gentle man. He was very helpful with answering any of our questions we had. So a BIG thank you to Jake & his team for all your help got there in the end . Sue Clitheroe x”

“Had a Toronto 2 Spa delivered by Arron and Chris this morning, both top lads. After a workaround to remove a few tiles to get through my side gate all went smoothly. I have no problem recommending both lads and Blackdimond Spa for the delivery and taking the time to explain the features and set up. Thanks lads.”

“Fantastic Hot Tub, service, delivery and installation by Aaron and Chris at great price. Having had a Hot Tub previously and struggled with water treatment I can’t say enough how great the Black Diamond Spas water kit is, no fuss, no worrying and no corrosion. Highly recommend.”

“We bought our hot tub just over 2 years ago and have just had it serviced for the 2nd time by Chris. It was easy to arrange and the Tub feels as good as new. I can certainly recommend Black diamond from a customer service perspective.”

“Before contacting Black Diamond, we did a lot of research online, compared products, until we finally decided to give them a call and a quick visit as we wee in the area. Jake explained to us the differences between the models and we ended up opting for a 32amp. Ordered one week later and then installed once the garden was ready. Arron and Chris arrived promptly on the day, managed to fit the 85cm+ tub within the 90cm garden gate, installed it, explained all the details.. and then gone in under 2h :) Thanks for everything! Top team!”

“Before contacting Black Diamond I had visited a few branches in my local area in Glasgow. I was unsure as they were so far away and had to rely on pictures. Jake who I spoke to to begin with had fantastic customer service and really put my mind at ease. I also spoke to James and Harry who were also helpful. The turn around was also really fast and the hold up was me getting my garden ready for the hot tub. The install was yesterday and Arran and Chris were efficient and really helpful and even answered my silly questions. I would recommend Black Diamond. Thank you.”
