I was given two separate recommendations for Black Diamond Spas and I have not been disappointed. The initial hot tub I ordered was damaged in the warehouse and Jake and the team went over and above to sort the problem out - even going as far as to load two replacement tubs onto the lorry for me to choose between, have provided quick responses to any questions I have had since owning my tub and send out any accessories ordered extremely quickly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
