I had a fantastic service and experience from the very first call with Olli, he was knowledgeable and helpful. I loved that we could interact with their businesss WhatsApp during the call to look at garden access and after our conversation as well whilst I was getting my garden organised. The delivery time was very fast, less than a week, and the guys who delivered Ant and Gary were bleeping marvellous. It wasn’t an easy route into my garden but they were very careful, tag teamed it perfectly and got it done. Thanks guys. I’d highly recommend this company. And the tub is incredible. Top quality, I got the Monaco 2 which I think is the most popular, and it hasn’t lost even half a degree of heat in nearly 24 hours. I don’t know how that’s possible but I’m very happy with the energy saving.
