Delighted with the service. Communication day prior to delivery and on the day by Jay and Ruby was first class. We are awaiting our electric supply to be installed so not use the tub yet but exactly as described and feel confident at set up due to the thorough explanation from the delivery team. Order to delivery was just 6 weeks. First class and can't wait to use the tub! Would recommend Black Diamond Spas.
