After waiting 20 weeks for delivery of my Milan 1 lounger spa and many emails and calls to a not very helpful customer service we finally received our tub. Jay and Alex were absolutely amazing 👏 ... maybe the guy on the end of the phone should take a leaf out of their book 🤔. They were accommodating and nothing was a problem. Explained everything as they were going along. Told us what the procedure was and what not to do. Very easy to talk to and have a laugh with.. explained that no matter what problems we had (if any) just to call and they would drive the 5 hours to come and sort it out. Top lads .. a credit to the company that is for sure .. A huge thank you to you both Jay and Alex .. I hope you enjoyed our stories 🤣 and thanks for not stealing our Bulldog Stan. Keep being who you are lads.
