After all the difficulties of COVID and ships stuck in the Suez Canal our hot tub finally arrived. I was contacted the night before to arrange the time and Jay and Alex turned up on time after a long drive. Nothing was a problem for them and it came of the lorry down a narrow path and was installed in exactly the right spot. Everything was explained fully and it looks great.
