Jay & Clint were prompt, friendly and tidy.
An hour later the tub (Madrid) was in place and set up. Instructions given, demonstrated and practiced.
Only issue was existing location of our external 13 amp IP60 some 5 foot away from the tub which was problem due to the small lead provided. This should be highlighted in the pre installation documentation as we could have sorted it prior. Now having to wait until this is relocated before we can use it. Apart from this the service and communication has been first class. Can highly recommend.
