What a wonderful team and a pleasure to deal with, the customer service is fantastic.
We initially choose Black Diamond because they were fairly local and very competitive. Unfortunately due to delays with our builders it took 9 months instead of 2 from ordering the hot tub until we were ready for it to be delivered, but the team at Black Diamond never pressurised us. Jay and Clint delivered and installed the tub and were very professional, friendly and informative. We would definitely recommend this organisation and all staff.
