Recently had the Monaco 2 installed, and from our visit to the shop through to a repeatedly delayed installation due to our shed delivery we had a fantastic service by Black Diamond Spa's. Every query and request is met in a friendly professional manner with great service provided from the outset. Special mention to Jay and Clint who installed the beast of a tub into a tightly fitting shed ! They also followed up with a valuable instruction session on how to set up and maintain it.
