Before contacting Black Diamond I had visited a few branches in my local area in Glasgow. I was unsure as they were so far away and had to rely on pictures. Jake who I spoke to to begin with had fantastic customer service and really put my mind at ease. I also spoke to James and Harry who were also helpful. The turn around was also really fast and the hold up was me getting my garden ready for the hot tub. The install was yesterday and Arran and Chris were efficient and really helpful and even answered my silly questions. I would recommend Black Diamond. Thank you.
