Up until delivery communication etc all very good! Then that first evening our hot tub DIED! Spoke to Black Diamond who thought it must be the cable! Luckily, my husband (firefighter) is very handy so he made up a new cable (this saved someone having to come from England to repair!). Promised us an additional filter and some free chemicals - never arrived! Poor aftercare!!!
