Absolutely love my new tub! Decided on Black Diamond Spa after a friend's recommendation. James and Jake were helpful before the sale and answered all of my 100 questions. Grant and Chris delivered and were extremely professional. My estimated delivery was 8-10 weeks and it came in 5, which was a bonus. Thanks for the fab customer service!
