I haven’t received my purchase. I know this is the fault of the courier company and not bbp however this company is hired by bbp and I feel that they should stop using them. The couriers are rude and difficult to deal with. It’s been 10 days since I ordered, my parcel has been in the distribution facility for 7 days.
