I had a difficult experience with this company, first I received the wrong order , second I couldn’t get in touch with anyone by phone to discuss the issue, when I eventually made contact with a representative, our communication was difficult due to the txt messages not working properly.
I ended up having to send back the “wrong product “ before I received my own order , at my expense. Which has not been reimbursed. When I eventually received my order, there was not even an apology inside. A very disappointing experience
