Poor. Sent incorrect flavour without making contact to confirm that I even wanted a different flavour and then refused to do anything other than send a courier out to pick up the item that was sent and replace it! Surely if you didn’t check with the customer prior to sending it and they weren’t happy you would either offer a refund (and allow them to keep the sent item) or just send a new flavour out (and let them keep the one they already had!!!) Dissapointed.
