My past 2 orders have had big stuff-ups. 1st order took 8 weeks to get to me. 2nd order took them 5 days to tell me via email it has shipped, then 4 days after that I got an email saying one of the flavours was sold out and I had to pick another flavour. Inevitably, it was never even shipped but they sent me the email it was.
