Seems like a great service until they make the critical mistake of not alerting you to the fact that the booking slots are rigid time slots. I was only shown one slot a day, so I presumed it was a "turn up any time in the morning" type deal like most tyre shops run. Turn up at 10am for a 9am slot and get told I have to return next week - I just took the tyres from them and had them fitted while I waited at National. Other than that I didn't have a problem but I would have thought a company would have more initiative than this, to be frank.
