From start to finish, all my dealings have been so pleasant and timely. I wanted a bespoke weather vane and Joanne Jones was able to design one that was not only perfect, it was even better than perfect. It was for a "special" birthday present for my brother and sister-in-law and when they received it, they were completely bowled over by it. It was just perfect (and it arrived in good time too!)
