“Ordered in May with a 12 wait, 4 months later I’m still waiting, rarely reply to emails, and when they do, they say just arranging delivery. I feel they company is a scam! Terrible!”

“Ordered spindles and they firstly didn’t send the key to secure the spindles. Then they sent a key that doesn’t fit and told me the key was universal - which is not correct. Now with spindles and no key and have paid someone AGAIN to finish a job that they can’t. Disgusting customer service! Should have cancelled the order when I got a note saying they had delivered and they hadn’t and then spent hours chasing said delivery to discover they hadn’t and it was coming the following day!”

“Beautifully made flowers. Ordered the pink and they are pretty and subtle, not too bright or garish. Bought as a gift and I know they will love it too. Really carefully packaged and top quality. Lovely small business I will purchase from again.”

“Gorgeous life size Bronze Stag purchased to add onto a grassy banking entrance to Housing 21 Care Home. He is fabulous and the ladies here love him. They were so pleased to greet him and are deciding a name. So much pleasure in such a difficult World so thank you Black Country Metals for making many so happy 😀”

“The gate post box I ordered has arrived, but unfortunately, it’s missing some screws. Despite being advertised as suitable for gate installation, it came with nothing to support that—no brackets, no fittings, not even proper instructions. It’s a heavy product, yet poorly presented and unclear on how to install. I’ve contacted the seller and am currently waiting for a response. If they don’t resolve the issue, I’ll have no choice but to leave a negative review—which the product truly deserves. It’s frustrating when sellers mislead customers by advertising features that aren’t actually delivered. This kind of approach is not acceptable.”

“Black Country Metal Works have not made me happy. I ordered a Hanging Basket Disk Design on the 23rd May 25 which included next day delivery. It is now 2nd June 25 and have had no response to telephone calls and emails as to what has happened to my order.”

“The company has no idea how to run an eCommerce site. Ordered items on April 4th, emailed on April 14th, they said one item would be another two weeks so asked them to send all other items that they confirmed. Emailed again on May 11th as nothing had been received, no replies. Emailed again on May 22nd, still no replies. Finally called them and they said "Ah yeah no idea what's happened there, the lead time is now 22 weeks, should we send the other items?" , Something they had said 2 months ago. Today is May 27th, and still nothing. 53 days, no replies to emails, no products, no explanation, hundreds of pounds lost. Do not take your chance in ordering anything online from them, they have a serious lack of processes that means your order can just sit in limbo for months.”

“From start to finish, all my dealings have been so pleasant and timely. I wanted a bespoke weather vane and Joanne Jones was able to design one that was not only perfect, it was even better than perfect. It was for a "special" birthday present for my brother and sister-in-law and when they received it, they were completely bowled over by it. It was just perfect (and it arrived in good time too!) So many thanks to you all for such wonderful service.”
