“Sadly not a great experience with this company. Purchased a companion set which took weeks to arrive. Postage for goods to Northern Ireland was extortionate for two items. Brush in companion set was faulty after second use & had to return the set. Lengthy waiting time for a replacement so opted for a refund Lengthy waiting time to get a refund from.company. Sadly not the best experience with this company.”

“Hi, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the ‘Lansbrook Hall extra large fire screen fireguard’ we purchased way back in 2019. I should have reviewed it before now, but time rushed by these last few years. It has been one of the very BEST purchases we have ever made. I actually don’t know how we lived over twenty five years prior to its use with our large fireplace. We struggled on using bog standard fireguards purchased at local shops. They never fully did the job. It was wonderful when we found yours. It made such a difference. I genuinely praise it every time a log or lump of coal rolls out the fire or a big crack of coal splinter shoots out the fire and is stopped in its tracks by the mesh…, it covers the entire fire opening, the fact it still allows heat through yet still giving a massive sense of relief that it’s so safe, never mind the fact I’m as rough as anything but it stands up to my mishandling! Seven years old and still going strong…thank you! Oh and we know where to come when I finally break something on it! Thank you!”

“Over the moon especially with Joanne Jones who designed and made our black metal house name. The name was laser cut out above this was a metal IrishWolf Hound. "Murphy" our late pet Joanne had captured every detail of him. Joanne is cerrainly an asset to The Black Country Metal Works !”

“Ordered a metal man which is absolutely brilliant can't wait to give it as a gift, made me smile when I opened the box, great workmanship. Big shout out to Rhiannon in customer services for all her help when the 1st delivery went missing really appreciate the next day delivery thankyou. “We had a Corten steel sign made by these people. Their comms were great - and the design done by Joanne Jones was excellent. The sign is now proudly on my gate- I don't hesitate to recommend them for excellent customer service, craftsmanship, and price. 😀”

“What went wrong we purchase a set of three outside wall lights on the 26th of November it is now the 3rd of December and we have not yet received these goods we have phoned a number of times and have just been fobbed off with excuses we now find that the company required the goods to be returned from the courier and is now languishing in your dispatch department and we are no closer to finding out to when this parcel will be delivered maybe Father Christmas will deliver it on Christmas Day with any luck”
