“I've bought from. Ben before and the quality of the items I've bought have been 10 out of 10 you cant fault the workmanship the fire gard I've bought it should have been double the price for it!! “The best customer service I’ve ever known! I ordered the goods at 4pm yesterday, called to ask how quickly I could have them and the brackets were delivered this afternoon!! “My husband and I purchased a Regency property (1820) for which we needed door furniture appropriate to the look of the period. We bought a door-knocker, doorknob and letter-plate from Black Country Metalworks. The craftsmanship and quality are both superb.
