The company has no idea how to run an eCommerce site. Ordered items on April 4th, emailed on April 14th, they said one item would be another two weeks so asked them to send all other items that they confirmed. Emailed again on May 11th as nothing had been received, no replies. Emailed again on May 22nd, still no replies. Finally called them and they said "Ah yeah no idea what's happened there, the lead time is now 22 weeks, should we send the other items?" , Something they had said 2 months ago. Today is May 27th, and still nothing. 53 days, no replies to emails, no products, no explanation, hundreds of pounds lost. Do not take your chance in ordering anything online from them, they have a serious lack of processes that means your order can just sit in limbo for months.
