The gate post box I ordered has arrived, but unfortunately, it’s missing some screws. Despite being advertised as suitable for gate installation, it came with nothing to support that—no brackets, no fittings, not even proper instructions. It’s a heavy product, yet poorly presented and unclear on how to install. I’ve contacted the seller and am currently waiting for a response. If they don’t resolve the issue, I’ll have no choice but to leave a negative review—which the product truly deserves. It’s frustrating when sellers mislead customers by advertising features that aren’t actually delivered. This kind of approach is not acceptable.
